Leadership Requirements

This will count towards your service requirement at Watermark.

• Attend the Reclaimed Roots Study, complete the study book, fill out a volunteer application, and complete the interview process.

• Finish the 45 minute outreach training prior to your first outreach.

• Sign the waiver and application form.

• Attend all 4 quarterly volunteer meetings. Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to attend.

• Commit to attending at least 2 outreaches per quarter (not missing more than 4 in a year), and communicate ahead of time if you're unable to attend.

• Commit to being on time to outreaches and being available for the full duration of the outreach (8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).

• Attend at least 2 external training nights with leadership team
